The Compeller, The One that nothing happens in His Dominion except that which He willed. He is The Irresistible, whom nobody can reach and he reaches all. This name indicates the greatness of Allah; Abdullah Bin Abbas says that "The Compeller" means The Great King. Muslim scholars explained that this name shows the strength of Allah, The All-Mighty, for whatever He wills happens. The rules of the universe that He has put are indisputable and unchallenged and forced upon humanity. We could build a rocket and fly to the moon all according to the will of Allah, but we can never cause the sun to rise from the west.
