The Absolute Ruler, The King, The One with the complete dominion, the One Whose dominion is clear from imperfection. This name indicates attributes of Grandeur, Majesty, Omnipotence and Regulation of the affairs of creation. The One Who directs all of the affairs to do with creation, command and recompense. To Him belongs the whole of creation, all of it is subservient, owned and in continuous need of Him. He has the power over all, to permit and to forbid, to punish and to reward, for everything happens according to His will, and when He decrees a matter, He only says to it : "Be!" - and it is. Some rich people believe they have the power, but infact it is He, the King, who has given them their wealth, and indeed only He has the ultimate power, and is capable of taking away their wealth at any second.
