THE
RAIDS AGAINST IRAQ
The raids against Iraq by the American war planes and missiles, with the help of the British and the French and the consent of the Security Council, was an act of hostility, carried out by an enemy. It could not have been executed by any other than an enemy.
This is the case whatever the justifications used by America and the Security Council to carry out these raids - whether these reasons were the location of the Iraqi anti-aircraft missiles, violating the 32nd parallel, which constitute a threat to the allies' planes; or a challenge by Iraq to America and the Security Council for not responding to the resolutions; or whether it was to send a message to Saddam with the determination of America and the Security Council that they cannot allow him to get away without punishment for not submitting to all the resolutions, thereby displaying a total disregard for the Security Council and thus the need to teach him a lesson; or whether it was to instigate the army and people in Iraq against him to depose him; or even if America wanted to consider this raid as a means to apply pressure against the Jewish state to submit to the Security Council resolution 799 and to take back the 400 people it expelled.
All these are but useless and unfounded excuses, and do not form a credible justification to carry out such savage raids against Iraq, which is surely a hostile action, only used by enemies. Moreover, all US activity in the region with respect to the Gulf war has exploited the Security Council, which has now become its tool. They execute punitive resolutions upon Iraq and the US exploit these resolutions for its own benefit and thus implements its belligerent plans laid at the time of Carter, thereby taking control of the Gulf region and the oil there. These and other such plans all point to and confirm that America is the enemy of the Arab and Muslim world, and that it is a colonial state which is initiating its conquering policy with the power of warships, after this policy had diminished with the two colonial states, Britain and France - both of which have weakened and suffered a backlash on the international stage and in international policy.
A country like this offers no good, is criminal and is not worthy of ruling or being an example. It offers no principles to the world, no human values and human rights, nor does it have the right to accuse any other authority other than hers, since itself is devoid of all values, except the material value of benefit and exploitation -even to its closest allies and also devoid of any justice that can be found in all heaven and earth. It crushes all other sovereignty, and every human rights for the sake of achieving its interests.
The Security Council is engineered for the US and a tool in its hand. It became one of the departments in its foreign ministries, and a rubber stamp for any resolutions it wishes to use as an excuse to suppress and dominate, to achieve its many interests, to hit its foes, to hit whoever does not submit to its will, or whoever stands in her way to rule over them, and from whom so ever it feels some danger - no matter how far away - to protect its interests. Therefore, it cannot be trusted in anyway, and its tool the Security Council is not trustworthy and we cannot bring it into our confidence. It is a Council for justifying oppression, and standing against righteousness and supporting falsehood and insecurity.
In light of this, the boast of international justice, international law and order and the human rights of America, the Western states and the Security Council, is a lie, a mockery and misguidance. They have no validity or truthfulness. However, this new world order today is the law of the jungle, the order where the strong preys on the weak. Whereas, the international justice is that order which creates and justifies the oppressive actions of the leading nation and allows it to define its own justice. It also defines the actions of weaker states in demanding their rights, or defending their countries, or fighting occupation, as being 'unjust' and 'oppressive'! Therefore, the international laws which prevail presently are the laws by which the dominant states subjugate others through force and aggression. We can see how the weak countries are coerced and influenced, and their interests exploited. In this manner the laws governing human rights are those which allow the Jews, who are scattered round the globe to gather in Palestine to kill the Palestinian people, evicting them from their homes, and occupying their cities, villages and dwelling places. It is also the law that gives the Americans, the British and French the 'right' to conquer the people and nations, and to steal their resources and wealth.
Thus, this world order, international law and justice, and the human rights are nothing but meaningless words that carry no significance. They are cheap words designed to cheat and mislead the people which the leading states adopt as instruments to implement their plans, dominate and achieve their interests, enslaving other nations, manipularing them to steal their wealth. Clearly, it is short-sightedness not to realise the nature of the situation or to turn a blind eye from this fact. This applies to the rulers of the Arab and Muslim countries, politicians and leaders of parties and movements who go to the Security Council and to America, Britain, France and Russia in order to solve their problems and affairs, or to gain justice through them and to relieve them from oppression, because the Security Council and America, Britain and France are nothing but rabid wolves, and enemies of Islam and Muslims. They caused all the calamities and predicaments faced by the Muslims today. Furthermore, worked to undermine its solutions. It is they who oppressed and attacked the Muslims. They occupied our homes and stole our resources. They are a real foe to Islam and Muslims, whereby the foe cannot be made an arbitrator, and it is haram to go to them to solve disputes and problems, and to go to them for judgements. To go to them to ask them to remove oppression is like a sheep going to a rabid wolf to seek refuge and protection.
Also, it is short-sightedness, and ignorance of the facts and reality (or to turn away from it), to actually go and request to be judged according to international law, order and justice, or human rights. This is because the US, the other colonial states and the Security Council call for these when in substance they undoubtedly mean lying, cheating and misguidance.
They use them as tools to oppress, exploit and to subjugate, and to deny all rights. Moreover, they constitute Kufr law, which makes it haram upon the Muslims to adopt or to be judged according to them. This is what are necessary to be realised by the Muslims; the rulers, politicians and leaders of groups and movements. They have to act in accordance to this understanding. They have to know that America is the rabid wolf, the savage beast and the conquering state. It is an enemy to them not to be given in.
It has to be dealt with as an enemy. Therefore, they should refuse any political representation with it, and should not allow any of their soldiers on our land. Nor should there be any of their military machinery in any Muslim country. Therefore our rulers, politicians and leaders of groups and movements should work to destroy any dominance which America may have over the Muslim countries, and boycott it economically and financially, and reject it as a judge over our affairs. It should not be allowed to interfere in any of the Muslims' business; and it should never be referred to, thereby giving it any grounds to dominate them. The same applies to Britain and France, as they are also enemies of the Muslims and Islam.
They have caused significant disasters for the Muslims; including one of the biggest catastrophes inflicted upon the Muslims and Islam which was the destruction of the Khilafah state and thereby distancing Islam from ruling as a way of life in all the Muslim countries. Therefore, it is inevitable that the kuffar have to be taken as potential enemies, and to be dealt with as real enemies; Allah (SWT) says:
"O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as friends showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you, driving out the Messenger and you because you believe in Allah, your Lord." [EMQ 60:1]
In addition, Allah (SWT) says: "Behold! Satan is your enemy! So, treat him as your enemy. " [EMQ 35:6]
This applies to the Security Council, as it is the base for legitimising oppression, and denying rights, and supporting falsehood. America has exploited it to issue its punitive resolutions against the Muslims, and that is why it is the enemy of Islam and the Muslims. Therefore, the Muslims have to treat it as an enemy, and not refer to it for any judgement. They must never refer to it in any single case, nor allow it to interfere in any matter concerning the Muslims, and they must withdraw their membership from the Security Council, and from the United Nations and from all its subsidiaries and institutions - a complete withdrawal.
Oh Muslims! The judgement is but for Allah, and judgement can only be taken from the Shari'ah of Allah (SWT). To refer our affairs to America and the Security Council is to solve the Muslims' affairs by taking judgement from taghout; whereas Allah ordered us to disbelieve in it; Allah (SWT) says:
"Have you not seen those who pretend that they believe in that which has been revealed unto them and that which was revealed before them, how they would go fir judgement to false deities when they have been ordered to reject them? Satan would' mislead them far astray." [EMQ 4:60]
Therefore, it is incumbent on you to disbelieve in America and its rules, in the Security Council, and its rules and resolutions, and to stop your rulers from continually judging by the Kufr - be it the Security Council, America or other Kufr countries.
Finally, you must work to re-establish the Islamic state, the state of Khilafah, which the kuffar destroyed, in order that you come under its flag once again to regain security and bring back the shepherd which you have lost. This, so that you will have him as a shield to hide behind, and a supporter to refer to, after having become like lost sheep, without the shepherd to look after them with the loss of this leader, being snatched by wolves from every side.
