Teriyaki

Ingredients
½
cup soy sauce
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 garlic (small and minced)
1 ginger (crushed 1 inch pieces)
beef sirloin (boneless and 1/8 inch pieces)
Directions
In a shallow dish, combine all marinade
ingredients except for the meat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, add beef, and
stir to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Beef
may be threaded onto wooden skewers. Broil beef over medium flame or charcoal
until done.
