Ingredients

Servings: 8
1 teaspoon allspice, approx.
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pound lamb or beef, cubed
¼ medium onion, chopped
¼ cup Orzo 47 pasta
1 6 oz can tomato paste
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. In a medium sauce pan brown onions until translucent. Add meat and brown. Add water to fill pan half way.

  2. Then add tomato paste and spices. Cook for about 45 minutes to one hour until sauce starts to thicken.

  3. Then add pasta and parsley and cook until pasta is done approximately ½ hour.

  4. To vary taste change spices.
