Fish Curry (from India)

Ingredients
2
lb pieces of salmon
1½ teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ cup yogurt
1½ teaspoon mustard seeds
a few fenugreek leaves (curry patta)
Directions
Heat oil. Add mustard seed. Mix all of the ingredients with little
water and add into oil. Stir for a few minutes until oil separates. Add fish
into the oil and stir carefully. Add fenugreek leaves. Cover the pan with lid
and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
