Ingredients

1-2 cans garbanzo beans
4-5 cloves garlic
2-3 tablespoons Tahini
1-2
tablespoons lemon juice from concentrate
Olive oil
Paprika

Directions
When I do my humus I use 1- 2 cans of Garbanzo beans with most of the juice drained off. If I use two cans then I will use 4-5 cloves of garlic (this is to taste). About 2 - 3 tablespoons tahini (again to taste) and approximately 1- 2 tablespoons lemon juice from concentrate (again to taste). I will add about ¼ cup olive oil for 2 cans of beans, again to taste. I will then blend with the food processor until smooth and taste then adjust accordingly. After mixing, I will refrigerate for about an hour as this gives the flavors time to blend. Upon serving, I will pour just a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with paprika.
