Potato Kuftah

Ingredients

¼ kg ground meat
2 glasses mashed potatoes 
1 tablespoon butter
1 minced onion
½ tablespoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper, cumin, coriander
½ tablespoon salt
1 egg
½ glass breadcrumbs
2 beaten eggs

½ glass oil to fry

 

Directions

  1. Put potatoes in a bowl add meat, onion, spices, garlic, one egg, salt, and butter, knead well with hands.

  2. Ball in to the size of an egg yolk then press between palms until it is like a round disk. Dip in egg then bread crumbs.

  3. Heat oil, fry in hot oil until golden, place on paper towel to absorb the oil.
