Lentils
with Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
¾
glass red lentils
2 small peeled and cut to small pieces
1 tomato med. cut in four pieces
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 onion medium cut in to four pieces
1 small minced onion
1/3 glass oil
1 cube Maggi chicken stock
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt or more if desired
7 glasses of water
Directions

Clean
lentils and put into pan and add all vegetables. and water. Bring to a
boil and then add garlic. leave to simmer until vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat and leave to cool a little use an electric mixer or a
blender and mix until smooth.

Return
to pan, add Maggi, cumin and salt. Heat oil, add onion, stir until golden.

Add
onions to the soup and leave to boil for 4-5 minutes. Put in bowls and
serve.
