Lemon Curd

Ingredients

Juice of 1 small lemon

1 Large egg

1.5 oz sugar

1oz butter

1teaspoon corn flour

Directions

Whisk the egg and mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Place over a medium heat and whisk continuously until the mixture thickens. (3 minutes)
