Ingredients
4 cups oatmeal
½ cup wheat germ
1 cup oat bran
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 cup raisins
½ cup dried, diced pineapples
1 cup banana chips
½ cup dried, chopped apple
½ cup vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Spread on a baking
sheath. Bake on preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
