Eggplant
Fried (Imam Bayildi)

Ingredients
1
large eggplant
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 tomato
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup yogurt
¼ tsp. garlic paste
salt to taste
¼ cup oil
Directions
Slice and fry the eggplant. Arrange them in a dish. In a pot, add onion,
tomatoes, green pepper, ground beef and salt. Cook until beef is well done.
Lay it on top of the fried eggplant slices. Top it with yogurt and garlic mix.
