Meat Potato Curry submitted by Sister Stacey
1 lb beef, cubed In a saucepan heat oil and fry onions until light brown. Add all spices except for cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf. Fry for about 4 minutes with 2 tablespoons water. Add the meat and fry for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add potatoes and enough water to cover meat. Cook until meat is boiled, then remove from heat.
