3 cups of water Directions Bring
this to a boil then simmer for about 20 minutes. I add about ½ teaspoon
ground ginger sometimes because my husband is from the south and that like it
that way. In the meantime I put about 1 tablespoon of ground cardamom in the
thermos with a pinch of saffron to give it that yellow color. Pour the coffee
in and let it sit for a few minutes then serve.
