Apple Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour 
2 cups sugar 
1 cup oil 
2 eggs 
½ teaspoon salt 
½ teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
½ teaspoon cinnamon 
2 cups diced apples 
1 cup chopped pecans 
2 teaspoon vanilla 

Directions
Combine in a large bowl flour, baking soda and salt. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and cinnamon. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
