One hundred in Arabic means 
Two hundred  in subject case
& in object case you say  
 
from 300-900 we add the single number to 
for instance
 
 
as for instance 24 we add one (and)  
Between the first & the second number, in the hundred case we add 2 (ands) when there are three numbers & one (and) when there are two numbers.

as for the thousand we say
two thousand (for subject)
(for object)  
now from (3000-10000) we say the single number & then add the word 
for instance :
 
 
When we read the thousands we add four (ands) in the case that the four numbers are filled.

The number that follows 99999 is million which is in Arabic
