Tiger Cub Program
For Ages 4 to 6
(Preschool/Kindergarten)
By far the best program for small children in the area. The Tiger Cub program was developed specifically for preschool, kindergarten and first grade children ages 4-6. This program offers a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group. Students are rewarded with a junior rank belt that will transfer to our Junior Colored Belt program when they reach age 7.

Junior Colored Belt Program
For Ages 7 to 13
Children learn social and developmental skills needed for society today such as discipline, respect, self-confidence, & self-esteem. Tae Kwon Do helps develop concentration so students can stay on task longer. Children learn self-defense for protection against abduction and bullying of other children. Many activities such as camps, sleepovers, tournaments, picnics, and movie nights give kids a healthy safe social outlet. A large emphasis is also placed on academics to help develop the whole person, not just Tae Kwon Do. Physical benefits include balance, coordination, and endurance. Our philosophy is that when your child leaves I.S. Kim's they should not just know Tae Kwon Do, they should have became a better person. Program allows full Black Belt certification (if all requirements are met) through the World Tae Kwon Do Union.

Adult Colored Belt Program
For Ages 13 and Up
A complete Tae Kwon Do program offering a total Martial Arts Education. A traditional setting emphasizing self defense, history, philosophy, and an understanding of the sport. Physical benefits include, more endurance, improved strength, balance, improved cardiovascular health, loss of weight and relief of stress. Program allows full Black Belt certification (if all requirements are met) through the World Tae Kwon Do Union.

Judo Program
For All Ages
Judo is many things; it is a fun sport, an art, a discipline, a recreational or social activity, a fitness program, a means of self-defense or combat, and a way of life. It is all of these and more. Judo is a refinement of the ancient martial art of Jujitsu, integrated into what is considered to be the best of techniques. People practice Judo to excel in competition, to stay in shape, to develop self-confidence, and for many other reasons. But most of all, people do Judo just for the fun of it.
