One-Step Sparring

Note 1: The attacker always places his right foot back, executes a down block, then steps forward with the right foot and performs a Middle punch or a High punch.
  1. Step with left foot outside of partners front foot, inside block with left. Right hand punch to ribs, left and punch to ribs, right hand punch to face.
  2. Step between partner's feet with right and inside block with right, elbow strike and back fist with right, reverse elbow with left.
  3. Step with left high block with left, right hand punch to face, skip back and front snap kick with right leg.
  4. Step outside with left, grab wrist with left, punch face, and pull fist back to ready, with right foot step across to left, elbow strike face as you step then back again.
  5. Left leg into out crescent kick, stepping down in front, then round house kick with right.
  6. Step with left foot and inside block left hand. Twist upper body and hammer fist to face with right hand.
  7. Step with right and do double knife strike, one to neck, one to punching hand. Right hand punch, then left hand punch to middle section, then right hand punch to middle section.
  8. Right leg side kick, right hand neck strike (back stance). Switch to front stance, left hand punch, middle section
  9. Step with right foot, right hand inside block, left middle section elbow strike, right middle section elbow strike, left face section elbow strike.
  10. Right leg side kick, left leg spin crescent, right leg roundhouse kick.
  11. Jump to left side, grab wrist with right, break elbow, right leg side kick to knee and front snap kick.
  12. Grab with left, stretch kick and sweep leg, palm thrust to chest.
  13. Jump to side, double grab at shoulder, left leg sweep and twist upper body at same time.
  14. (To a front snap kick) Grab front snap kick by left hand, stepping deep with left foot, stretch kick right to throw and palm thrust.
  15. (To a front snap kick) Grab front snap right hand grab shoulder with left sweep with left leg and twist your upper body.
  16. Grab punch with right, 3 front snap kicks; drop kick and front snap to head.
  17. (Like #7) Double knife hand, grab with left, slide right foot together and second neck strike, then elbow to ribs.
  18. High block and grab, elbow to ribs, double grab wrist and front kick.
  19. Step with right foot, grab wrist with left, hook right arm under and throw over your shoulder (low stance importance to throw big person).
  20. Step with right grab fist with left, grab right hand side of belt, step outside their foot with your right and throw over your hip.
  21. Fireman's carry -- step in with right foot with leg left leg kneeling; grab behind thigh with your right arm and toss across shoulders.
