Ok, so what is a spikeyfruit? Well, here are a couple of pictures:

Yes, in english, the spikeyfruit is what you would call, the "pineapple". But "pineapple" isn't really a suitable name, since it is neither pine nor apple. So really, what is it? Well, my friend (if I may call you that), that is a very good question. You see, the spikeyfruit is one of the many great mysteries of life. The following is quoted from Kit:
In English, the Spikyfruit is an apple that grows on pine trees.
In French, it is a banana.
In Spanish, they make it sound like pina coloda.
In German, the Spikyfruit appears to be STUCK in or with a banana (ananasstucke)
In Italian, the Spikyfruit is once more a banana.
So what's with the Spikyfruit? Is it an apple, a banana, a pina coloda? Or is it something entirely different? Perhaps it's an apple-coloda that's stuck inside a banana?
I guess we'll never know.
