I'm debating at present.  I'm seriously considering starting to study geriatric social work. eg.  You go to their nursing home and you are a regular visitor for them offering things to do, someone to talk to etc.

If I can talk hubby into paying for the course I will do it.  I have spent much time with geriatrics Dad is 80 now.. therefore I have predisposed patience for them and understand how they feel, how they still want independance etc.

It's all very well to be a tarot reader and reiki master but I want to contribute more, and this may be the way.  I'll let you know if it goes ahead.
