| Centering of Emotions/Healing/Spirituality This is my favourite candle ritual. It's great when you feel out of touch with your spirituality and emotions etc. Moon Phase: WANING Needs: A bowl of boiled Water. A bowl of Earth (Dirt). Favourite Insence. WHITE candle. Gather the Earth in it's bowl and Water in it's bowl and place them in front of you. Light the Insence and your WHITE candle and say:- "Here before me I gather the elements of life Earth, Air, Fire and Water, To remove all negative energies from within." "The Earth grounds me from harm." (Rub hands through the Earth in it's bowl). "The Air blows away any fear." (Move hands through insence smoke). "Fire burns away negativity". (Quickly pass your fingers through the candle flame a few times). "And water brings freshness back in". (Cleanse hands in the Water in it's bowl). "With harm to none I release my negativity to cleanse my Emotions, Spirit and Body, And fill myself full of good intention. So mote it be!" Empty Earth and Water outside near your front door. Allow candle to burn down completely. |
| Simple Candle Chant Choose an appropriate coloured candle for the following ritual. Refer to Candle Index Page to help choose correct coloured candle.. Light Candle and say :- "Candle bright, burning fire Keep within you my desire Listen to the words I speak And clear a path to what I seek Let my wishes all come true As thy burn this day/night with you". Allow candle to burn down completely. |
| Induce A Spiritual State of Mind Needs: WHITE or PURPLE Candle. Spiritual Insence (Sandalwood works well). Mirror. Light Insence and candle. Hold the Mirror, gaze into it and say :- "Mirror, Mirror tell me true Who am I and who are you? Body, Spirit which is real? That which I can touch and feel Or that which lies beyond the veil? My Shangri La - the peaceful dale Wherein no winter blasts may chill my soul Or break my will. I put my burdens in your care Together now this load we share My mind is clear and oh so free I am guided to my destiny!" Allow candle to burn down completely. |
