If you are a registered user and you lose your registration keys and need to reinstall the software, fill up the form bellow and after verification we will send you the unlocking codes. Please note, depending on the software type there are registration restrictions as follows: Isiwinkey licensing is per use. A license needs to be purchased everytime you need to use the tool. Online Keys can be re installed up to 2 times in the same computer after original license was emailed. This means that if you lose the codes we will re email them up to 2 times if you request them. * Credit Buddy can be re installed up to 2 times in the same computer after original license was emailed. This means that if you lose the codes we will re email them up to 2 times if you request them. * * There is a time restriction applicable to all software registrations. This is up to 6 months from original purchase date. Email support Tell us the software name you have purchased a license for and your complete name. If you have changed your email address since registration, tell us what was your previous emal address. We will first try the registered email address, if it bounces off, we will use the supplied email address instead. If it doesn't bounce off you will not receive the codes into the new supplied address. For any other trouble you experience installing or running the software, use the Email support link to contact us. If after installing any of our software you receive a message saying some libraries are missing when you run the program. Install these libraries and run the software again. When the download screen appears, chose to open the file from it location and agree to install. These libraries are provided by Microsoft and can be downloaded free from their site instead.
