5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 Cups  Flour
2 TSP Sea Salt
Water

1/4 Cup wam water
1 TBSP honey
1 TSP yeast

Mix warm water, honey, & yeast- Let sit until working well ~10 minutes

Mix dry ingrediants.  Add yeast starter. Then water mixing and adding water until dough consistancy is reached.  Knead thoughly. Work into ball. Coat with olive oil & place in covered bowl to rise. 

Punch down when doubled in size.  Allow to rise until doubled again.  Roll into crust. Punch with fork. Top. Bake Eat Repeat.
