Antisemitism & Political Perspectives

Introduction
The root of antisemitism is the word "Semite," and Semites are the descendants of Shem, one of Noah's three sons. Genesis 6:10 tells us, "And Noah begat three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth Gen 6:10."
The Semites are the ancestors of the Jews and Arabs. If someone is of Semitic descent, it means he or she has Jewish or Arab ancestry. It is noteworthy that when the word is used as a compound, "antisemitic", the connotation of the word no longer refers to Arabs but to Jews.

Are the Israelites a model nation from a political perspective?
Early Political System: The ancient Israelites had a government system that was considered advanced for its time, with leadership concepts such as kings, judges and prophets who had different roles and responsibilities.
The Torah, the holy book of Judaism, contains legal rules and principles that are considered to underlie morality and social justice.
Israel is a parliamentary democracy with a multi-party system and free elections.
Israel is known as a country that is advanced in the fields of technology, science and innovation, with many discoveries and contributions that are beneficial to the world.

On the other hand, Israel is involved in various political conflicts and controversies, especially regarding its territory and relations with Palestine.
There are allegations of human rights violations against Palestinians in the Israeli-occupied territories.
Political and social inequality between different ethnic and religious groups in Israel remains an issue at hand.

Antisemitism now crosses all national borders
The author believes that antisemitism not only impacts the Jewish people globally, but also poses a threat to friends and supporters of the Jewish people and the state of Israel.

Antisemitism used to impact Jews in Israel and abroad. In fact, before 1948, it only affected Jews in the Diaspora, but soon after the creation of the modern state of Israel, Israel's actions, indirectly, became the actions of all Jews throughout the world. Today, no Jew is exempt from the dangers of global antisemitism.

If you support the Jewish people or show signs of sympathy for Israel, such as signs, flags, or written statements, you are now a target. In the eyes of antisemites, you have chosen a side, because you support the “oppressors”, you have become perpetrators of crimes against humanity, oppression, apartheid, occupation and genocide.

Jewish historian Bat Ye'Or wrote: "Slanderous terms such as 'settlers', 'occupiers', 'Nazis' and 'occupied Palestinian territories' project a demonic character on Israelis that evokes the anti-Jewish verbal the violence of the Nazis. "
The world community is truly in a repeat of the 1930s and 40s.

Example: Pro-Palestinian activists painted the famous Bueren steps in the Belgian city of Liege with the colors of the Palestinian flag overnight as a form of solidarity with the people of Gaza who endured the wrath of Israel's genocidal war.

The city of Liege  cut ties with Israel in April 2023 due to running an apartheid regime in Palestine.

Previously, trade unions in Belgium had rejected arms exports to Israel as a reflection of world support for the Palestinian cause since October 7 2023.

There was tension between Israel and Belgium when Israel summoned the Belgian envoy in September 2023 following statements by the Belgian Minister of International Development, Caroline Gennez. Gennez alleged that entire [Palestinian] villages were wiped off the map by Israel.

Another example;
A pro-Palestinian group cut up and painted over a century-old, priceless painting of Lord Balfour. The red paint is a symbol of the "genocide" carried out by Israel against Palestinians in Gaza. Lord Balfour was a British statesman who wrote the now famous Balfour Declaration in 1917 while serving as foreign minister, thus providing momentum for the birth of the modern state of Israel. So, naturally, in the eyes of those who hate Israel and Jews, the painting should be removed!

So, this is what delusional antisemitism looks like. You no longer need to be Jewish, Israeli, Christian Zionist, or a supporter of Judaism to be targeted.
f the Jews associated the canary with the coal mine of civilization, the bird was dead and no one noticed!

Notes:
The term "canary in the coal mine" is a metaphor used to describe a situation or condition where someone or something is in an environment that does not suit them or make them feels uncomfortable. In this context, a "canary" is a small bird that usually lives in the open or in a cage, while a "coal mine" is an environment full of dust, smoke, and a dirty environment.

So, this expression is used to describe the incompatibility or discomfort of a person or community's mental attitude of being in a place that is not by its actual circumstances or environment. For example, if a person who is sensitive to dust and dirty environments is forced to work in a coal mine, it could be said that he is like a "canary in the coal mine". This means that he feels uncomfortable or does not fit into his work environment.
