Before us is the approaching climax
of human destiny,
the upcoming conflict of civilization and barbarism;

 between darkness versus light, good versus evil,
between the Lord God Almighty versus the God of this world

the Lamb of God versus that Old Serpent
 the Holy One of Israel versus The Coming Prince

the Mighty One of Jacob versus the coming Evil One.

For some Palestinians and Israelis that question has been solved
not through a political resolution, but rather through a person
