Submission Guidelines
1: No fan fiction or rantings. 2: No gratuitous violence, pornographic material. Keep bad language to a moderate, (reasonable), level. We don't mind swearing, as long as it is not done for the hell of it. 3: Word limit: 5,000 words. Any longer and we won't have a zine. It will be a short book. 4: Nothing under 150 words, unless it is poetry. 5: Please submit pieces with your name on it. There is nothing worse than having anonymous pieces. Even if they are multi award winning pieces, if it has no name on it, it won't be published. 6: Payment: Since we are a small magazine, we will not be able to pay for pieces. However, if your piece is noticed, we will immediately refer inquiries over to the author. Contributors will also receive copies of the zine free of charge. 7: The zine is published bi-monthly, (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec). All submissions must be in two weeks before the end of the previous month for the Editors to be able to have the magazine ready to be printed at the start of the month.
Well, that's the guidelines. Prety basic, so we'll take a lot of stuff. But remember, if it doesn't fit those rules, then it doesn't go in. So make sure that any pieces that are submitted, are good, and won't contravene our rules. Additionally, anyone who submits stuff to us gets their name automatically put into the Hall of Contributors. By regularly submitting, their name can be moved from being a Contributor, to being a Regular Contributor, which is something we are always after. The benefit of being a Regular Contributor is that even if they miss contributing one issue, they get the issue sent to them. To become a Regular Contributor you must have submitted to at least four issues.
