This was during Easter Break. The weather was nice so we went to Chilhowee and had a picnic there.
Some of us were reading, went up to the waterfall, and etc.
After the trip, we had the Easter International feast at Donna's apartment. Donna, Andrew made adobo; Rebecca made stir fried Chinese noodles; Camille made pasta, Kristal made Trinidian curry; Janice made Tom yum soup (hot and sour soup); and John "the baker" made the bread for the communion.
After we enjoyed our dinner, we had a communion service lead by Andrew Quinley, our chaplain. We sang some worship songs and learned about who Jesus is.
It was such a meaningful Easter Break!!!! |
