This wishing well is
easy to do, and for what they charge to rent one, you can personalize this
one for the individual.
I made this out of
cardboard boxes, the pillars are Christmas paper tubes, covered with wall-paper,
I used pre pasted wall-paper, it has much smoother appearance than paper
you try to glue. Rough out your box, tape first, if you are satisfied
with the fit, hot glue in place. Cover with your wall-paper. I used
small cylinders glued in the bottom to hold the tubes, as this is easy
to take apart for hauling, you can slip the tubes into the holes you made
for them, and let them rest in the cylinders. Decorate with the parties
colors, I used silk flowers, pearls, paper bell, and ribbon.
