Welcome to the Iseum of Hathors Mirror, within The Fellowship of Isis. Many wonder what an Iseum is so I have included an
excerpt from The Iseum Manual by Lady Olivia Robertson and Connia Silver to answer this very question.
The Iseum of Hathor's Mirror, located in Australia, is an Iseum dedicated to the Egyptian Goddess of Love in all Her aspects. Along with Hathor, the Iseum also has the Chinese Goddess Kwan Yin, and the Egyptian Goddess of Truth and Justice, Ma'at.
Lady Mystl is a Master Teacher of Magnified Healing, the realm of the Goddess of Mercy and Forgiveness, Kwan Yin and Her Three Fold Flame. Along with Lady Mystl, other Iseum members are skilled in other forms of healing, such as Reiki. Our aim is to provide healing, not only on the physical plane, but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual planes. Hathor's Mirror is involved with environmental and humanitarian projects, for example we are currently sponsoring a Tibetan nun from the Sichuan Province, Ganzi , and a Tibetan monk from Karnataka State in India. We offer guidance for those who wish to work with the Initiate Level System, and explore the Cosmic Web. Any Fellowship ritual maybe enacted or meditated upon at any time by Iseum members. Certain requirements must be met in order for an Iseum Initiate Level to be valid. These are : (1) A structured course of study is required previous to the enactment of an Iseum Initiate Drama; (2) Communion with the presence of the God/dess is obtained during, or immediately after enactment of the Fellowship ritual, what is known as Divine Awareness; (3) The experience of Divine Awareness is shared with the administrating Adept, who then accepts and records it. We also offer the Reflections of Shadow, which is a structured course of self discovery, or 'knowing thyself'. A seasonal diary is offered for new members to learn about the different aspects of the Goddess, month by month, season by season. This helps in not only becoming familiar with your own environmental surroundings, but also to discover the seasons within as well. The Reflections of Shadow should take a minimum of twelve months to complete, and if successful, ordination into the FOI priestess hood is possible. To join Hathor's Mirror is aus$60 per annum, which works out at only aus$5 a month. The Reflections of Shadow is an additional aus$40.
