Grandmother's
old, can't hardly see,
and
she can't get on bended knee,
to
call the names she holds so dear,
to
lift them to the Fathers ear.
So
let me Lord, stand in her steed
and
let me get on bended knee
to
call to you the ones she loves
to
lift their names to you above.
And
while I'm down upon my knees
remember
grandmother also, please.
