In the end of November 2001, I went to Krabi. I stopped for sleep in Hua Hin and Surat Thani on the way down from Ban Dung (Udon Thani) and Bangkok on the way home.
I had some problems with my bike on the way back, so I took it on a pick-up to Siamsuperbike in Bkk.
At Surat Thani I met Mark Summer from USA (got a Triumph Tiger). He left the next day to Hua Hin and I to Krabi.
Krabi was OK, but I do like Koh Chang better. There was a lot of Scandinavians at Krabi and the prices was quite high. Nice beaches, though.
No scenic motorcycle roads, but quite fast ones ;-)
