Marang Resort and Safaris is an ecoresort in Malaysia responses well to the ecological system of a coastal wetland. The concept of the resort is perceived as a riverine settlement in which buildings and circulation structures are carefully inserted and juxtaposed on site to cause minimal disturbance on existing vegetation and wildlife, drainage and landform, microclimate and scenic quality of the site. The development also contributes to the socio-economic of the local people living surrounding the resort site.
