Written Counter Argument and Rebuttal

HW: A = Write in proper format one or more points of view (different from thesis) with evidence supporting c/a.  Write a decisive and winning rebuttal to defend your paper. 

    ¾ or more pages:  Due 12/11.

 

Proof of 3 libraries and 3 books

        Lesson in class given 12-11-03

        Due date for evidence: January 8, 2004

 

Draft Two due in IR class (after turning in to mentor)

        7-10 pages text, or 4-7 pages ESL: NUMBER EVERY PAGE!!

You will be scored on completion AND on quality of re-writing.  Re-writing will be scored by re-submitting ONE page of first draft (you choose which page) and comparing that to your re-write.  The page you choose from the first draft must be one you turned in to Ms. Pakar before Thanksgiving. 

 

Use a highlighter and circle the parts in draft two that are re-drafts of the one page from draft one that you are resubmitting.  Due Friday 12-12 for Bk 4 and Monday 12-15 for Bk 3.

 

Maps, Charts, Graphs as evidence for paper

Work in class 12-15 + 16. Due date = 12-18 for extra credit, Due January 13 and 14 for regular credit
