I am a Fitness Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Consultant and Holistic Counselor, completing my Ph.D in Holistic Life Coaching. I implement and develop programs for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Some of my achievements include Bayou States Novice Champion 1998, Greater Gulf States Novice Overall Champion 1999 and 2000 and Second runner up and National Qualifier in fitness @ 1999 New Orleans Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships. I also won the Open Lightweight Championships and 2nd Figure at the 2001 NPC Greater Gulf States and fourth place, NPC South USA.
