Joint and muscle pains
Joint and muscle pains commonly improve when the mineral balance of the
tissues is addressed. Very often people are too low in magnesium and potassium,
and this can cause pain and muscle tension, or the uneven pull of muscles on the
skeletal structure. There are many other nutritional factors that can help pain
and condition of the joints and muscles to improve, even when it is caused by
conditions such as arthritis of various sorts, or inflammation in parts of the
body. There are nutritional components that have an anti-inflammatory effect
which do away with the necessity for anti-inflammatory drugs, and conversely
there are foods which encourage inflammation, which can be avoided.
