Low energy
Low energy can be caused by a number of factors and can very often
be helped by nutritional therapy. It may result from extra demands on the
body such as childbirth, periods of stress, or during the menopause, but it
can also very often be found to be due to digestive problems or to improper
eating habits. Most often it results from a combination of reasons, and a
skilled nutritional therapist will hope to identify these and put them right.
People's lives can sometimes be transformed in two or three months by regaining
a much higher level of energy and vitality even though there is no specific disease present.
