Okay, so Tai is the leader of the first digimon group. In Adventure 01... he was... well, he was Tai. He had goggles. That's always nice. Anyway, he got the crest of courage and his digimon is Agumon/Koromon/Greymon/MetalGreymon/WarGreymon (I will post a piccy of Agumon, eventually...). Tai was kinda arrogant in the first series. I could not stand him (even though he had goggles). But I guess as time went on, he got kinda better. He has a little sister named Kari and he gets really protective of her because of an incindent that happened when they were younger. His best friend eventually becomes Matt, despite all of their fighting and arguing beforehand.
In Adventure 02, I LOVED Taichi. All because of one stinking episode involving Matt and Sora. GRR! Stupid Sora. Tai was very cool and he was a lot nicer and he had a really nice Triangle shirt and a really WONDERFUL paw-print coat that I want so very badly. Teehee. I'm so silly. At the very end of the series, they show all of the digi-destined as adults, and Tai becomes a businessman or something like that. Very cute. Oh, and he also has a son. The End.
Yamato/Matt Ishida:
In Adventure, Yamato Ishida was great. His digimon partner was Gabumon/Garurumon/WereGarurumon/MetalGarurumon. He eventually received the Crest of Friendship. At first, he came off as a jerk with his angsty lone-wolfy attitude, but that was because he kinda withdrew from the world after his parents got divorced. He was only seven when it happened, and his brother was only four. Matt lived with their dad whilst TK lived with their mom. In the digital world, Matt is often arguing with Tai about his ideas and his self-proclaimed leadership and he's always trying to protect TK. Matt leaves a lot to figure things out for himself, and in the end he comes out a true friend and helps the team out bunches. And he has nice hair. That's always a plus.
In Adventure 02, MATT IS THE BEST!!! :D He has a band called Yamato Ishida and the Teenage Wolves (or in the stinking American version, just the Teenage Wolves) and he sings beautimously... And he still has nice hair. Matt is awesomely cool and nice and funny, especially when it comes to dealing with Jun (more on that later). Tai is still Matt's best friend, but he becomes very popular due to his band... And then there was Sora... grr... In the end, Matt becomes an astronaut. And he has two children. And he still has nice hair.
Sora Takenouchi: Okay. *takes a deep breath* We'll take this one season at a time. In the first season, Sora was really cool. She had a funny hat, but she was cool. She was friends with Tai and played soccer, and her partner was Yokomon/Biyomon/Birdramon/Garudamon. Her crest was of Love. *cough*YeahWhatever*cough* So. Yeah. She and Tai were so totally together in the movie. You agree, right? Of course they were. Because she got mad at him for buying her hair clips as a present. She thought it "meant" something. Right? Okay. Good. Yeah. So Sora totally liked Tai. And he liked her.
In season two... Needless to say, Hilary HATED Sora with a passion. Evil evil evil. Okay. So she no longer plays soccer. She decided to take up tennis. And after Matt started his band and got all pretty and popular, she totally ditched Tai and went after him!!! She took his heart, broke it, threw it on the ground and stomped it into the dirt!! Made me so mad. But what made me sad was that Taichi Kamiya took it like freaking man. He was just like, "Matt, huh?" All calmly and he gave a sad smile... Thus, Hilary began to like Tai and he wasn't so bad in season one anymore. But SORA!!! GRR! She became some kind of evil fashion designer. And guess who she married. Matt. Duh. But, then they don't say anything about it and at the end, they're not together. But you can tell that they're married b/c of their kids. (This is turning into a rant, isn't it?) So it's assumed by Sora+Matt Flamers everywhere that they got divorced. If it was Matt, who blames him? But if it what Sora, that evil, evil, evil, evil... (This could go on for a while...)
TK/Takeru Take-... somethin: Takeru is cute. In the first season, he was kinda whiny, but he got better. He wished for a while that Tai was his brother instead of Matt, but of course, that changed. His digimon is Patamon which turns into Angemon and later MagnaAngemon. He had the Crest of Hope. I don't know what else to say. Except for that he lost Angemon once and Patamon had to be reborn from an egg... Which made him totally hate dark evil powers...
In Adventure 02, Takeru is like the back-up leader. Whenever Davis is having his dense moments, everyone looks to TK. TK often knows exactly what he's talking about, too. And he's got guts. And a nice hat. Patamon turns into new stuff, too, but I don't remember what. I don't pay attention to that stuff. It's like pegasusmon and some big weird.. roundish.. thing. Huge, really... Hm... Takeru totally kicks butt. He grows up to be a writer and has one son. Nope. He doesn't marry Kari.
Hikari Yagami/Kari Kamiya: She's pretty cool, I guess. She has the Crest of Light and in the first series, I thought she was kinda creepy. Her digimon is Salamon/Gatomon/Angewomon. She was known as the "mysterious eighth digi-destined." Oooooh. Her character is really nice and kind. She always thinks of others before herself, even when she's really sick. When she was younger, she got really sick and her parents had to go somewhere, so they told Tai to stay home with her. But he really wanted to play soccer. So she told him she would go with him to play so he would be happy. But as they were playing, she got worse and ended up catching pnemonia (if i could spell it) and she almost died. (Boy did Tai get it for that). So Tai became especially protective of her.
In Adventure 02, Kari is less creepy. She's actually bright and cheerful and she's still nice as all. She and TK are really close in this season. Gatomon turns into new stuff, too... Hmm... let's see.. um... Nope. I can't remember. Oh yeah. Because Kari's crest is of light, the digital world's infamous Dark Ocean haunts her until she actually defeats it "with her light." So she gets kinda creeped out when it comes to dark powers. Like TK gets superly uber angry when it comes to such things. Okay, I'm totally rambling. When Kari grows up, she becomes a kindergarten teacher and has one son... Although... I'm still not sure that thing's a boy...
