People feel stress at workplace maybe bad influence for their children. They should have some places to release stress, and more concern about their health. It is no only personal problems, but also about social problems. If company doesn
ft change, people donft change.The ways of reducing stress which they told are very useful for our lives. I'd like to try to take 30min. bath and don't eat after while. I didn't know that eating before going to bed causes my body won't rest for first half of the night if it's trying to digest food. However, not only healthcare but also our habit sometimes reduce stress unconsciously like repetition. I could understand why people have habits. It may be humans want to escape from anxiety for long time.
