This is called "Umeboshi". Those are pickled plums. It taste salty and sour, we often eat with rice in the morning.This is called "Okonomiyaki". It is like Japanese pizza. This is the most favourite food of mine.è

This is "Shougayaki-Teishoku". Main dish is baked pork with ginger. "Teishoku" means set menu. It usually serve with rice, miso-soup, salad and some pickles. Shougayaki-Teishoku is very popular menu of all generations in Japan.This is "Anmitsu". This is a sweet dessert like Japanese parfait.è
