| The voicemail sytem we are using is manufactured by Glenayre and has been configured to mirror the local Pacific Bell voicemail system as close as possible. There will be some options and Key presses that do not have a voice prompt but will work. The template that are presented on these pages are for the Basic Business Class. The other Packages we are or may offer will differ in the number of features and keypad functions available. The keypad options will be the same for all basic functions only some will not be available or announced. Hopefully the templates for each level of service can be mapped out in the near future. PASSWORDS- If a Client reports they have forgotten there password then at this time a Call Center Supervisor should be notified. CHANGES TO EXISTING MAILBOXES- Changes are allowed through the current method used but changes to the Basic Packages Offered are extremely difficult and should be directed to the Call Center Suppervisor for consideration. LIFO- Last In First Out- The Last Message Left will Be the first message played, This is convienant for people who save alot of voicemails and means they will not have to skip or listen to older messages they have saved. FIFO- First In First Out- The First Message in the Mailbox will be played first. This plays the messages in the order they were recieved. GREETINGS- Multiple Greeting Mailboxes Greeting Suggestions- Greeting 1- System Default ( This ensures that if the Client recorded greeting is erased then there is still a greeting that can be played) Greeting 1- Standard Out of the office at this time leave message at the tone. Gretting 2- Morning Greeting Greeting 3- Afternoon Greeting Greeting 4- Night Greeting Greeting 5- Extended Abscence Greeting FORWARDING- Sends all Callers to another Mailbox Silent- Invisible to callers Immediate- Caller is told the call is being redirected to another Mailbox FUTURE DELIVERY- The Message can be scheduled to be sent on a date specified by the mailbox owner ( I want remind my brother to buy Roses for mom next week but I don't want him to listen to the message and forget about it so I can record the message now and schedule it to be delivered to him next week on the same day he needs to buy the Roses) NON-DELIVERY NOTIFICATION- Notification is only sent if the person whom the message was sent DOES NOT LOG INTO THEIR MAILBOX. IT IS NOT NECCESARY TO LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE. ( if Mr. X leaves Mr. Y a message and Mr. x wants to be notified if Mr. Y doesn't get the message . Mr. Y calls in to his VoiceMail and logs in and then he hangs up before he listens to his messages. Mr. X will not be notified that the message was never listened to.) |
