....Taz defeated Bam Bam Bigelow at Judgement Day in May of 2001 and had to beat him in order to get the Franchise in the ring. Taz won that match and Taz and the Franchise finally squared off at King of the Ring 2001 in June.....The Franchise lost that match to Taz...But then had a huge win a few weeks later at Clash of the Champions 21 on June 29th and won his 3rd Intercontinental title from Tommy Dreamer....Out of nowhere on a Raw, stable mate Bam Bam Bigelow challenged IC champ, Franchise to a title match, Bam Bam won and walked away with the belt on July 12th.....The Franchise found himself continuing in his fued with Taz and met him again at Summerslam.  This time Shane Douglas won the encounter.  After the bout, the rest of the Triple Threat attacked Taz for months of torment and out of nowhere a familiar theme played...the song of NEW JACK. He returned to the WWF to help a former ECW ally.  Tommy Dreamer also helped Taz that night....At Unforgiven in Sept, the Triple Threat with Lance Storm took on Dreamer, Taz, New Jack and (IC) Rvd in an 8 man tag match...Rvd got the pin on the Franchise in the middle of a Tazmission....The Franchise started a heated fued with HBK, the NEW champ at the time....Taz had previously won his first WWF title by beating the British Bulldog, and since has lost it to HBK, and then those three AND the Franchise, met in a fatal fourway title match at Holiday HEll in December....HBK walked away with his title that night...Shane Douglas defeated HBK for the title on a RAW broadcast on 12-17-01 to capture his second World Title...But quickly lost it back two weeks later...The Franchise continued the fued into the new year and was able to get a rematch with HBK at the Royal Rumble in Jan, he lost thanx to the ROCKS interference...This started a fued between the Rock and the Triple Threat...Both the Rock and the Franchise recieved a title shot at No Way out in February in a Three Way title Match in which HBK walked away with the belt again...Leading into wrestlemania, it was clear that Douglas would face the Rock...They did and the Rock won the hard fought match up...Franchise bounced back with a huge win over Booker T at the Backlash ppv in April 2002...He beat Booker in a bunch of rematches all the way into June...Took a few weeks off to re-evaluate his position in the WWF, then realized one major superstar he hasn't conquered...THE UNDERTAKER....He focused on his new prey starting in July, by going thru the Takers brother, Kane...The Franchise met Kane at Fully Loaded in July and defeated him...This is currently the fued to watch. The Undertaker is set to take on the Franchise at SummerSlam....We'll see how it goes for the Franchise of all WWFtoyz.......
