Due to the superannuation/transfer of office bearers of previous Governing Council of the IRSE Officers Association, it became necessary to elect new office bearers. The following Governing Council is, therefore, unanimously elected in consultation with IRSE officers, present in the meeting held on 13.12.2008, under President-ship of Sh. Deepak Krishan. This Governing Council will remain in effect till an elected body is formed.
