The Three Jeans - November 2002

The weather being cooperative, Scotty and his friend Paul Barandregt cruised from Anacortes to Friday Harbor and then on to Victoria, B.C.

Shortly after arriving in Victoria, Paul's sister Marianne Scott and her husband David arrived and berthed their sailboat, the Star-Kindred, directly in front of the Three Jeans. It was a happy reunion for Paul and Marianne, as she had not expected Paul to be there and to celebrate her important birthday with her.

The next day everybody cruised up to the Royal Victoria Yacht Club where David and Marianne keep their boat berthed. It was a good opportunity to take some "action" shots of both boats.

Then it was back to Anacortes to clear customs and cruise on to La Conner for dinner. The weather was starting to act up on the return trip to Anacortes the next day, but overall, it was quite good boating weather.
