VICE PRESIDENT:
� Fill in for President, in President�s absence
� Represent Iroquois @ Tiger�s Committee Meeting
� Assist in desktop procedure management
� Chair Harvest Dinner
� Chair Black History Month
� Requisition space
� Communicate with President
TREASURER:
� Assist with developing annual budget
� Request checks and reimbursements
� Manage petty cash account
� Report fund raising totals
� Chair fund raising committees
� Oversee the following committees:
o Saints and Angels
o End of year picnic, Represent Iroquois
o Teacher Appreciation Week
SECRETARY:
� Record minutes of Board/General Meeting
� Type/email minutes within a week to President
� Post minutes to PTO Board
� Coordinate with Art Director on PTO Board
� Read Minutes @ meeting
� Chair the following  Committees:
o Activities Committee
o Skating Party
� Represent Iroquois at Martin Luther King All Campus Committee Meeting
� Coordinate desktop procedures
CHAPLAIN:
� Open each meeting /activity with Prayer
� Close each meeting/activity with Prayer
� Keep PTO, students, and staff uplifted in prayer
� Represent Iroquois at additional All campus Events (TBD)
� Chair Hospitality Committee

PTO STORE CHAIR:

� Develop store menu and prices with President and Treasurer
� Recruit Store Volunteers
� Manage after school hours

MARKET DAY CHAIR/CO CHAIR:

� Facilitate Market Day deliveries
� Enter catalog orders
� Set Goals and Incentives with Board
� Coordinate with MD Representative
� Develop Flyers
� Recruit Volunteers
ADVOCATES:
� Make calls for each event
� Coordinate Teacher�s wish list
� Develop network list (phone, emails)
� Liaison between parents and Board
� Manage 1 -2 months of activities during school year
CLASS MONTHS

5th Grade: September and March
4th   Grade: October and April
3rd   Grade: November and May
2nd Grade: December and June
1st   Grade: January and July
K  Grade: February and July

� Contribute to newsletter/yearbook for particular class
� Recruit needed volunteers for each activity, trip, and fund raiser.
� Assist President/staff tracking volunteer hours
� Assistant PTO with hospitality
� Attend Board Meeting
� Represent Iroquois (in addition to Officers @ All Campus Events)
