The Gameboy Micro may seem like a flop or a bad idea but it is far from it. Ask anybody who has used one, they are superior. The screen is MUCH BRIGHTER, making colors far more defined. Sure it may be a little small, so I suggest forgetful people not to get one (unless you want to risk loosing it forever and ever and ever). It is remarkably easy to play, despite the size. I remember when I first saw the thing I looked at it and though, how could you play something that small?. My answer to that question came shortly after I turned on my micro, you just do. Once you grab the thing you know how to use it. Probably the only thing that bugs me about it is the fact that its not backwards compatible, not that I was expecting that it was, and not that I really care (thats what my 5 GBCs are for). The micro (fortunately) also comes with 3 faceplates and a faceplate remover (one of which is on the micro at purchase), a charger (which is different from the GBAs), and a carry pouch which is actually pretty cool. Currently there are not many accessories for sale yet (unfortunately for me) but I have heard that there may be some for sale soon. |
