| Those of you who live in Canada and happen to pay moderate attention to goings-on of the country, may remember when Chretien decided to sign us up for the Kyoto Protocol, which was supposed to save the planet by reducing greenhouse emissions (or was it carbon?). Well, I read an article of which the gist was that Kyoto standards were set so high that even is every Canadian lived in their cellars by candlelight, our emissions still wouldn't reduce enough to meet our goal. Whether this is true or not, (probably not), it still inspired this cute little piece, which I actually handed in to my Social Studies teacher as part of an assignment. You could say it was the first comic I got "credit" for. *Snort* Oh, Hah, I crack me up. |
