COMMENTARY:
Ophelia is a lovely grey Andalusian mare with tons of personality and charisma. She loves life and enjoys being ridden. This beautiful mare has stunning conformation with a stallion like presence. In a way when Ophelia walks into the barn everyone stops to look at her :) Ophelia has a nice head with gentle eyes, a short strong back, and long clean legs. She is very exotic when she moves and has a very uphill and forward way of going. I have been showing this mare is english flat classes and low level dressage and every time Ophelia steps into the ring someone comments on how beautiful she is. Ophelia loves to please and enjoys being ridden, she is willing and very competive so she should do well in mid level dressage. Ophelia has has very little training under saddle because she has already had one foal, but for what she does she know is perfect in every way. Ophelia knows the basics and has a lofty canter and very expressive trot with natural impulsion. I cant wait to see this mare in action when she is fully trained. As for being a broodmare Ophelia's first foal was a stunning horse with huge potential in dressage. Since her first born has so much potential i am hoping to breed Ophelia in the future and get a great colt or filly out of her.
