The Italian Chef and the youngest - also known as "The Prince of Pasta".

Born in Yamanashi, his began his culinary career in collage working part-time at the Japanese restaurant Ottotto so that he could earn money for his travels.

After graduating he worked in Ristorante Al Porto and then at Ginza Enoteca Pinchiorri, finally ending up in italy by himself at the age of 25.

He has worked at many Famous restaurants, in so perfecting his Italian Cuisine.
