Heya well here's a pic of the band (very tired looking arn't they). L to R: Billy Martin, Benji Madden, Joel Madden and Paul Thomas.
  No it's not the same guy. That got me the first time I saw Benji without make-up. Joel is the lead singer for Good Charlotte (That's him on the right) and Benji plays guitar and back up vocals. They are identical twins, thus the confusion, and they were born on 11 of March, making them Picses. Joel is known to be very shy, Benji egotistic, Billy a sweetie and Paul a smartarse. Look at the pics, and here are some quotes:

Benj is definintely outspoken and I was like 'Call her and say you're me,' 'cos we sound alike. He called her and asked her to the dance for me. She said no [laughs] Joel
~ "This one time, Joel was to scared to ask a girl to a dance so he had me call her up and pretend I was him. And she said no and then she said, 'This isn't Joel, is it?' and I said, 'No it's Benj!'" Benji
