| Highlights / Accomplishments: Attended Clemson Univ; Undergrad-1987, BSEE / Grad (Masters)-1992, MSEE. Have worked for various technology companies since undergrad; BellSouth, Industrial Microsystems, NCR,Scientific Research Corp, Actamed & Presently S.I.T.A. (Societe International ve Telecommunications Aeronautiques). Have basically lived either in Columbia, Clemson or Atlanta since HS. Met my wife in Grad. School at Clemson via a church we were both attending. Were married on October 19, 1991, and have 3 wonderful children Shannon (girl), Shane (boy) and Erin (girl). Still love a good workout once in a while, girl-watching (though my wife hates it) and rock-n-roll. The most significant thing that has happened to me since HS (and really in HS) was that God gave me faith to believe in Him and his Son, Christ. (Yes, I had a choice in the matter too!). That has made a difference in my life, my relationship with my wife, and in the lives of our children. No, I don't want to scare anyone in the Irmo Class of "82 - I am not going to thump you with a bible if you don't believe what, or how, I believe. I am just happy to be here, happy that you guys were a part of my life and happy that maybe in some way, I was a small part of yours. I am looking forward to seeing many classmates that I remember (and some I don't), because I wouldn't be the Ben Bryant that I am if it had not been for many of you ~ I appreciate you! |
